- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Every time I have spoken with a receptionist I have found them to be very cold bordering on rude, this goes for their Main Street office as well. The care itself has always been fine, though at times they patronize you when you have questions. My main complaint is just customer service. When you're getting paid to be a customer service professional that is the role you need to fill.July 24, 2017by Robin Eno
